We use sustainably sourced solid hardwood for our bed frames, premium fabrics for upholstery, and high-quality spring and foam systems for our mattresses. All materials are carefully selected for durability and comfort.
Can I get free fabric swatches?
Yes! We offer free fabric swatches so you can see and feel the material before ordering. Simply request them through our website and we'll post them out to you.
How long does delivery take?
You can choose a delivery date at checkout. Delivery is typically within 7–14 days depending on your location and product availability.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, free delivery is included on all orders. We provide a 2-man room of choice delivery service as standard, so your new bed will be delivered right to the room of your choice.
Do you assemble the bed for me?
2-man room of choice delivery is included as standard. Optional assembly can be added at checkout, which also includes full packaging removal.
Can I choose my delivery date?
Yes — you can select a delivery date that suits you at checkout. We'll also contact you to confirm your delivery slot.
Do you deliver to Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland?
We deliver across mainland UK. For deliveries to Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and offshore islands, please contact us for a delivery quote.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — every product is covered by a comprehensive 5-year warranty. This covers manufacturing defects and structural issues.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Simply contact our support team with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange an inspection and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
What condition does the bed need to be in for a return?
The bed should be in reasonable condition with no deliberate damage. Normal wear from everyday use is completely fine.

Do you offer finance options?

How do discount codes work?

What's the difference between a divan and an ottoman bed?
A divan bed has drawers built into the base for storage, while an ottoman bed lifts up the entire mattress to reveal a large storage area underneath. Both offer excellent storage but ottomans generally provide more space.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer Small Single (2'6"), Single (3'), Small Double (4'), Double (4'6"), King (5'), and Super King (6'). Some products are also available in custom sizes.
Can I choose a different headboard?
Yes, most of our beds come with interchangeable headboard options. You can choose from a range of fabrics, colours, and styles to match your bedroom decor.
What mattress firmness do you recommend?
It depends on your sleep position. Side sleepers generally prefer medium to soft, back sleepers prefer medium, and stomach sleepers prefer firm. Our team can help you choose the right firmness level.
Are your mattresses suitable for allergy sufferers?
